Smartbroker+ UX/UI Case Study

This study project was developed in collaboration with Smartbroker+, a Berlin based neobroker, and focuses on exploring innovative UX concepts for fintech products. The work covered the full product design workflow from early ideation and Voice of Customer insights to stakeholder style presentations and handoff ready UI within a token based design system. Key outcomes include concept directions for personalized features, improved in app information design, and end to end flows for core tasks. Created as part of a university course, this is an academic case study and not a commercial client engagement.
